Behemoths:
Kaplan (**)Princeton Review (**)
TestMasters (***)
Small to Medium:
Manhattan LSAT (**)
BluePrint Prep (***)
LSAT Freedom (***)
* = Star. The maximum number of stars I give is 5.
Stars are given based on 5 criteria
- Instructor Quality
- Effectiveness/Originality of Curriculum
- Student/Consumer Friendly Price
- Results (Score Guarantee/Point Improvement/etc.)
- Good & Ethical Marketing/Business
LAST UPDATE - 1/18/2012. LSAT Freedom is not nearly as big as BluePrint or Manhattan. But given that an online company can literally be anywhere/everywhere, it made sense to include it in this list of prep companies.
UPDATE - 11/6/2011. Manhattan LSAT and BluePrint each lost a star. I was considering giving Kaplan an additional star for their amazing score guarantee, but that would be placing the at the same level as TestMasters and Blueprint....which is not true. So I kept Kaplan at 2-stars despite their awesome guarantee.
what about lsatfreedom?
ReplyDeleteI only know of LSATfreedom by reputation. Haven't really had the opportunity to play with their curriculum/course.
ReplyDeleteI'll find some student(s) - former and current, and then try to do a review on it.
Hello,
ReplyDeleteDo you tutor in Miami?
If so, I need an LSAT Tutor.
Looks like you're letting lsatfreedom get away with spamming your comments section. Be careful or these shady companies will overrun your site.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the heads-up. Frankly, I've been wary of such trolling.
ReplyDeleteBut thus far LSAT Freedom has been quite obliging; they are willing to let me speak with their students and consult their curriculum.
